I have been stuck inside for the last two weeks due to being sick. I am hoping to venture out later today now that it is a little warmer outside. Who would have thought that 20 degrees would be a heat wave! While, I was stuck inside, I managed to go out on my porch one afternoon when I saw these tiny little branches hidden in an otherwise snow covered bush next to my front porch. Beautiful little drops of water on the tiny branch shot up-close, created an abstract/bokeh type of effect on the snowy background. Happy Friday!
An amateur photographer who loves taking photos! I love learning each new thing I can about photography. Always looking for that perfect photo! I really like taking landscape, nature, and flower photos, but try to never miss the opportunity to use my camera whenever I can.

Of Lines & Curves
I took this photo last year and it still one of my favorites. I was actually playing around with photographing water-drops, as you
can see there are a few on this photo. The different colors, the light, and the curves all came together to create this abstract photo. Have a great weekend everyone, and thanks for looking!

This is where I want to be. My home away from home. The place where life is simple, no worries, and something of beauty to see everyday. It's a place on Lake Huron about two hours from our home. We have this little place that we can't seem to get enough of in the Summer. Was the best investment we ever made. There is not enough money in the world to give us the peace and tranquility we find when we are here.
As I wait for the warmer weather, get rid of my shoes, and grab my camera, here is another of my abstracts that I made. I love the yellow daisies!

Abstract Blossom Tree
I can't believe one year ago, it was 82 degrees outside and today it is just 18 degrees! Here is an abstract that I made of a photo of a blossom tree. Have to find something to do when it's so cold outside. This is one of about a dozen different flower abstracts that I made. Until the weather gets a little warmer, I am utilizing a little of my creative side. Hope you like it!
